Greetings Friends,
It's the Tidwells. We have graduated from Gi

lead and are awaiting our departure date to start our new life in Uganda. We are still at the Education Center in Patterson, NY. Trevor is working in the Gilead Office with the new class.Kim is working in home services. She is doing housekeeping, working in the laundry, the kitchen, and dining room. While in Gilead we had class from 8am to 2pm. Then we went to work from 2:30 to 5pm. To give us some activity because of sitting in class all day. Then we would be in the library studying most of the evening. Now that class is over we now have the opportunity to get to know the Bethelites and all the other students. Patterson is truly an Education Center - with Gilead, the Branch School, and the Elder School. All going on at the same time. It's truly amazing how the Bethelites are so hospitable. They make each individual student feel special even though they ar

e meeting and having new students every 6months. Thats amazing!
Even though we had an indepth study of the Bible, they also taught us other practical things we could use in our assignment. In the picture to the left we are in CPR class.
We are the last of our class to leave for our assignment because we have been waiting for our visas from Uganda. However, as most of you know we applied for Bethel when we firsted married. So now we are getting alittle taste of both of our dreams. And we are enjoying our stay here.
Hopefully, soon we will be sending experiences from Uganda. Until then please believe you are in our thoughts, often.
Also, we would like to thank you for all the love and support that you have given us to get us this far.Much love,
Trevor & Kim

Check out the 2009 calender! Uganda featured Jan/Feb. Population 28 million. 4,500 Witnesses there. Much work to be done.

We really miss you! I hope your experience in Uganda is exciting and rewarding. If you have internet access in Uganda, I hope you will send us some reports and pictures to ease our hearts from missing you and your e-mail address so we can keep in touch. May Jehovah bless you and keep you safe. ASL Columbia loves you!
